F.S.286.011(8) requires the Board Attorney to advise the Board that he desires to discuss strategy  concerning pending litigation to which the Board is a party and the need for an attorney/client out of sunshine meeting for said discussions.  At this time the Board Attorney is advising the Board that such a meeting is needed to discuss the case of Mobile Fixtures and Equipment Company, Inc. v The School Board of Clay County, Florida.  The meeting will take place at the end of the School Board meeting on October 15, 2013 and will be attended by Attorney Bruce Bickner, Superintendent Charlie VanZant, School Board members Carol Studdard, Janice Kerekes, Tina Bullock, Lisa Graham and Johnna McKinnon.
